Sometimes you understand that it's time for a change. Sometimes you even know exactly what you need to change. But unfortunately, it isn’t always the case.

Often we face stress and feeling of discomfort. We understand that something is wrong with our life. Alas, we can’t tell for sure what exactly we need to change to fix it. How to do this first step to a better life.

Luckily there is a way to figure things out. We can use the ability of our brain to think about our thoughts. We can think about our experience and analyze it. That’s the skill we all have.

The ability to self-reflection is the core part of any life change. You can’t change something you don’t understand. Therefore, you must understand yourself before you can hope to change yourself.

If I had an hour to solve a problem, I would spend 55 minutes thinking about it and only 5 minutes solving it. Einstein.

We have to think properly about our problems. We have to use a working method of thinking to understand our problems and find solutions.
